Except that Kim and her family have unfortunately managed to antagonize Madam, alias Death, who reveals herself to be a terrifying and implacable enemy. Can they cheat fate? Matteo and Zidrou have developed a hard style, touched with caustic humor, to put this intriguing story into pictures. They have succeeded in producing something very rare in strip cartoons, a true noir series that is both surprising and disturbing.
