Yohan Sacré

Yohan Sacré was born in 1989 in Charleroi, Belgium, the home of Spirou magazine, where as fate would have it he would publish his first professional work in 2007. Around the same time, Yohan got his start as an illustrator, with publisher Ankama. His first graphic novel came in 2010 with Mon cauchemar et moi, a manifestation of his longtime fascination with the monsters that inhabit our childhood. He went on to illustrate a number of children’s books and participate in artistic collectives as well as self-publishing projects. But his love for comics never died, and in 2018, alongside scriptwriter Jonathan Garnier, he created Timo l’aventurier with publisher Le Lombard (Timo the Adventurer, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in English).
