Quentin Zuttion is a comics artist and scriptwriter. He also has experience as a photographer and performance artist. He earned an art degree at the École nationale supérieure d’art in Dijon, after which he began working in illustration and proposing his own projects to publishers. With a strong presence online, notably through his illustrated blog Les petits mensonges de Mr. Q (Mr. Q’s Little Lies), he soon found a publisher for his first book, Sous le lit, published in 2016 by Des ailes sur un tracteur, under the pen name Mr. Q. He followed this up in 2018 with Chromatopsie (Editions Lapin), a graphic novel exploring color, feelings, and the body. He then illustrated Appelez-moi Nathan, written by Catherine Castro, and wrote and illustrated Touchées, tackling the subject of violence against women (both with publisher Payot). His latest work is La Dame blanche, an ambitious and compassionate look into the world of nursing home residents and their caretakers, with publisher Le Lombard (The White Lady, Europe Comics).
