Artist

Born in Talavera de la Reina in 1980, Toledano has a degree in fine arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he met José Robledo in 2001. That same year they were selected for the National Illustration and Comics competition of Injuve, which ultimately allowed them to be published by Sinsentido in a collective album Tapa Roja in 2003. They also worked on pre-production and production of animated cartoons. During 2005 and 2006 they participated in various drawing exhibitions and travel diaries for L'Espace Sinsentido, Pantha Rei, and Estampa. In 2006, Diábolo published a compilation of their short stories. In 2007 they started working on their first Franco-Belgian series, Ken Games with publisher Dargaud. In 2012, they participated in a collective project WW 2.2, and in 2016 the pair released the first volume of Tebori (Dargaud; Europe Comics in English), a tattoo-embellished Japanese mafia thriller. They also work as graphic designers and illustrators for Belio, MGZ, CALLE20, Sony, and the Madrid City Council.
