Juan Manuel Tumburús was born in 1981 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He works as an illustrator, cartoonist, and art director and started his career in the entertainment industry in an animation studio at the age of 20. He has already worked on three animated feature films, dozens of advertising projects, and several comic book publications for publishers such as Dark Horse Comics, Heavy Metal, and now Dargaud in 2022 with the graphic novel Les yeux perdus, alongside writer Diego Agrimbau (Empty Eyes, Europe Comics).
