Sandra Cardona is a Spanish illustrator living in Barcelona. She began drawing at a young age, participating in numerous art contests, before going on to study at the prestigious Joso School, where she perfected her detailed style. Her passion for fantasy movies and architecture led her to create her first graphic novel in 2018, titled Bouillon, alongside writer Olivier Milhaud (Soleil). Then in 2019, during a residence in Quebec, she began work on Sac à diable (Devil on Her Shoulder), a new series infused with magic and sorcery, created together with scriptwriter Cédric Mayen. The first volume was released in 2021 (Dargaud; Europe Comics in English).
